Description
Touched to display the Job List Screen.
Displays the present date and time, and changes to
the timer indication 5 minutes before the Weekly
Timer functions if activated.
Displays messages concerning toner supply, pre-
ventive maintenance, and printing job.
Touched to specify the basic copy settings.
Touched to use the combination function, and to
specify the condition of originals to be scanned.
Touched to specify the original image type.
Touched to select various application functions.
Indicates the remaining memory available for the
next operation.
Indicates the print quantity entered from the control
panel keypad.
Touched to select the copy mode (1-1, 1-2, 2-1, or
2-2).
Displays an icon indicating the position of staple(s),
punch holes when specified in the finishing mode,
etc.
Touched to select the preset zoom, user-set zoom,
or XY zoom mode.
Touched to specify the desired finishing mode oth-
er than the paper fold modes specified below.
Touched to select the desired paper size or Auto
Paper Select function, and also to specify the paper
type and size of the paper loaded in the Multi-sheet
bypass tray.
Touched to use Half Fold, Fold&Staple, Trimming,
Z-Fold, Letter Fold In, or Letter Fold Out function.
Touched to specify the desired exposure level, to
activate the automatic exposure function, to select
the preset density, or to specify the background
density.
Touched to store the scanned image data on HDD,
or to recall the stored data from HDD for printing.
Touched to store scanned images into memory.
Indicate the current machine status.
Illustrates various settings during the operation.
If the direct selection screen is specified as the Ba-
sic Screen, this area displays the previous or cur-
rent job information only. Switching to the
illustrational information is unavailable, as in the
user setting provided for the layer selection screen.
