Paper Size

Select the size of paper you want to use.
The following table shows the tabs or menus where you can select this function.

Reduce/Enlarge

Specify a scaling mode to reduce or enlarge the print size of documents.
The following table shows the tabs or menus where you can select this function.

You can select the following items:
Full Size
Print document in its original magnification.

Select the [Enable User Code] check box, and then
enter a user code in the [User Code] box on [Job
Log] in the print dialog box.
Select the [Enable User Code] check box, and then
enter a user code in the [User Code] box on [Job
Log] in the print dialog box.
[Paper Size:] on [Basic] tab in the Printing
Preference dialog box.
[Paper:] on the [Page Attributes] tab in the Page
Setup dialog box.
[Paper Size:] in the Page Setup dialog box.
[Reduce/Enlarge] on [Basic] tab in the Printing
Preferences dialog box.
