Enables individual RF parameters to be auto-assigned
Supported in the following platforms:

Syntax
auto-assign [all|channel|detector|power|rescuer] enable
Specifies the power range during power assignment
• lower bound – The lower bound of the power range.
Value is between 4 and 20
• Upper bound – The upper bound of the power range.
Value is between 4 and 20
