I. Use the arrow keys to place the cursor on the file you wish to rename.
2. Press []] for the Name command. The screen shows:

I. The file is renamed.
Renames all Word files to include the .DAT extension. The files in
this example become: LETTER.DAT and MEMO.DAT.
To rename more than one file at a time, use wildcards

The proposed filename is the file highlighted by the cursor. Type a
filename to rename a different file. Include a disk drive designation, or
"name," (A: ) to rename a disk file.

I. At the to: prompt, type a new filename. Be sure to include
an appropriate file extension. Ifno extension is added, the renamed file
is regarded as an unspecified data file. Include a disk drive name (A: ) to
save the file back to disk.
