Now add titles for the months:
I. Select RIC2.

Aligning the Cells
Notice that all the text on the spreadsheet is aligned on the left edge of the
cells; all the numbers are aligned at the right. This is the way Multiplan
lines up cell contents unless you specify otherwise with either the Format
Cells or Format Default Cells command.
To improve the appearance of the spreadsheet, center the titles in Row I:
I. Press
W,
then
IT]
to select the Format Cells command.
2. Type RI in the
cells
field, and press

3. In the second command field, press the space bar to highlight
