Media Independent Interface; a type of 100Mbps Fast
Ethernet external transceiver connector similar in
purpose to the AUI connectors used with 10Mbps
Ethernet.
A single network transmission intended for a
collection of network stations, but not to all (compare
Broadcast).
NetWare Directory Services; an expanded database
of configuration and user information shared between
a collection of NetWare file servers.
