ACD & UCD Groups: Calls Waiting Display (ACD only)
This feature provides you with the ability to view the number of calls waiting
for any ACD group.
To view the number of waiting calls for any group while in idle:
[CALLS WAITING]
1. Press or dial feature code #1982
2. Dial any ACD group number.
3. Listen for the confirmation tone.

