To activate a combination of Consultation/Broker/3-way Conference calls:
1. Dial 2.
2. Dial the third party number and wait for an answer.
3. Dial 2. The third party is put on hold.
4. When you have concluded your private conversation, dial 2 to complete a
3-way Conference call.
