Coolant pump rotor assembly

• Fit rotor (2).
• Fit screw (1).
Tightening torque figures
Coolant pump gear on pump shaft
M5 x 10 - 10.9, Microincapsulated
screw replacement

Coolant pump cover assembly

• Clean seal groove and bearing surface, check seal (6) and, if needed, re-
place it.
• Fit pump cover (5) with seal (6).
• Fit screw (3).
Tightening torque figures
Engine and crankcase fairing, screw connections
M6 x 45
• Fit screw (2).
