Raise the rear of the air filter box lid
on the carburetor connection boot to kink it at that location. This prevents the carbure-
tor connection boot from disconnecting from the carburetor.

Raise the fender

. Remove the collar sleeves.

. At the same time, use your other hand to press

at the rear and remove it.

