Checksum Error

If no messages are displayed on the operator control panel after the
Jump to Console message, the console firmware is corrupted. When
the system detects the error, it attempts to load a utility called the fail-
safe loader (FSL) so that you can load new console firmware images. A
sequence similar to the one in Example 7–1 occurs.
