term ination therm ost at. Then connect
the w ir e leads.

t he heat exchanger as the or iginal
was, down t he cabinet back and i nto
the machine com part ment.
2 4, Make a 112" off set f rom the. end of the
capillary tube and insert it into t he new
d r i e r . I n s t a l l t h e n e w d r i e r .
S o l d e r t h e j o i n t s a n d v i s u a l l y c h e c k
t h e j o i n t f o r l e a k s .
E vacuat e, leak test and r echarge the
system .
Test r un the unit to make sur e it is
operating properly.
P inch t he process tube and cut off the
s e r v i c e v a l v e s . S o l d e r t h e j o i n t a n d
test f or leaks.

1 . D i s c o n n e c t t h e u n i t f r o m P o w e r
s o u r c e .
2 . R emove the machine com Partment
cover.
3 . Remove t he t ube clamp fr om t he heat
exchanger.
4 . Inst all a service valve as close as
possible to t he t ip of t he pr ocess tube.
T h i s w i l l a l l o w e a s y p i n c h o f f w h e n
r e c h a r g i n g t h e s y s t e m .
