Problem
When a subscriber logs in for
the first time, their browser is
not redirected to the specified
home page.
Troubleshooting
Possible Cause
Home page redirection is not
enabled in the Access
Gateway.
The home page URL was
entered into the Access
Gateway incorrectly.
The server that hosts the
home page is down, or the
service provider (if different
from the host) is not able to
route to your page.
DNS is misconfigured in the
Access Gateway.
Solution
Enable home page
redirection.
Re-enter the correct URL.
Check that the server is
operational and that the home
page can be accessed
through your service provider
(if different).
Check the DNS settings (host,
domain, and the primary,
secondary, and tertiary DNS).
