1.4 IPDS OPTION INSTALLATION
1.4.1 ACCESSORIES

1. PDS Emulation SD Card .................................................................... 1
Important: Only one slot (Slot 1- upper slot) is available for SD Cards that contain
applications. If you want to use more than one application, merge all
applications into one SD Card (SP5873-001).
1.4.2 INSTALLATION
1. Make sure the following requirements have been
met.
Requirements:
The 128MB (or more) DMM Memory must be
installed.
No firmware update is needed (applied from the
beginning of mass production)
2. Turn OFF the Main Switch.
3. Loosen the screw [A] and remove the SD card slot
cover in angle ( x 1).
4. Insert the IPDS SD Card into Slot 1(Upper slot) until
it clicks.
IMPORTANT:
- Pushing on the SD Card releases it for removal. Make sure the SD card is inserted
and locked in place. If it is partially out of the slot, push it in gently until it locks in
place.
- If Slot1 (upper slot) is occupied, remove and insert the installed SD card into Slot
2 (lower slot) and the IPDS SD card into Slot 1. Then, merge the application into
the IPDS SD card using SP5873-001
5. Reassemble the cover and turn ON the main switch.
