Use the "M" and "N" cursor keys to select "Print Virtual MailBox Data (PRINT VMB

DATA)" and then press the Enter key.
Use the "M" and "N" cursor keys to select the Virtual Mailbox whose contents you

want to print out and then press the Enter key. The document data stored in that
mailbox will be printed out. Once print out is completed, all corresponding docu-
ment data in that mailbox will be deleted.
