- Front Frame 1. Check to see if grease has been applied sufficiently to the

2. Check to see if the surface of the Front Frame is flat.
Print Head 1. Check to see if each segment is printed correctly in the
nozzle check pattern.
PF Roller 1. Check to see if the surface of the CR Guide Shaft has any
sever stain.
2. Check to see if the PF Roller is damaged.
3. Check to see if the spur gear 73.6 is damaged.
Printer driver and 1. Check to see if the suitable paper is used according to the
exclusive paper printer driver setting.
Print Head 1. Check to see if each segment is printed correctly in the
nozzle check pattern.
Front Frame 1. Check to see if the Star Wheel Roller is out of position.
2. Check to see if the surface of the Front Frame is flat.
Paper Eject 1. Check to see if the Paper Eject Roller is installed properly on
Roller the Main Frame.

Revision A
Remedy
1. Clean the surface of the CR Guide Shaft with
the dry soft cloth and lubricate G-26 inside the
CR Guide Shaft. Refer to Table 6-8 in Chapter
6.
2. Replace the Front Frame with a new one.
1. Execute head cleaning and check the nozzle
check pattern.
*If the problem is not solved, replace the Print
Head with a new one.
1. Clean the surface of the PF Roller carefully.
2. Replace the PF Roller with a new one.
3. Replace the Spur gear 73.6 with a new one.
1. Use the suitable paper according to the printer
driver setting.
1. Execute head cleaning and check the nozzle
check pattern.
*If the problem is not solved, replace the Print
Head with a new one.
1. Reinstall the Star Wheel Roller properly.
2. Replace the Front Frame with a new one.
1. Reinstall the Paper Eject Roller properly.
