4.2.14 Circuit Board Unit removal

1.
Remove the housing from the printer. (Refer to 4.2.1 "Housing removal")
2.
Remove the housing lower cover from the printer. (Refer to 4.2.3 "Housing
Lower Covers removal")
3.
Disconnect the following 11 cables from the Main board.
T
CR motor connector cable: CN14
T
PF motor connector cable: CN13
T
ASF motor connector cable: CN11
T
Cutter motor connector cable: CN17
T
PE sensor connector cable: CN18
T
CR Encoder FFC: CN10
T
PF Encoder FFC: CN12
T
CT sensor connector cable: CN15
T
Head FFC: CN8/CN9
T
Panel FFC: CN5
4.
Remove the four screws (C.B.S SCREW, 3x6, F/ZN) securing the Circuit Board
Unit to the printer body, and remove the Circuit Board Unit from the printer body
carefully.

Remove the 17 screws (C.B.S-TITE SCREW, 3x6, F/ZN) securing the Shield
Plate to the Circuit Board Unit, and remove the Shield Plate.
