Decommissioning

7 Decommissioning
A number of activities must be performed if the machine is to be
shut down for a longer period of time or completely
decommissioned.
WARNING
Risk of injury due to a lack of care.
A lack of care or a lack of sufficient technical
knowledge when decommissioning the machine
can result in serious injuries.
Only clean the machine when it is switched off.
Avoid contact with oil residues.
Allow only trained personnel to disconnect the
machine.
Decommission the machine as follows:
1. Switch off the main switch.
2. Unplug the power plug.
3. Disconnect the pneumatic connection.
4. Remove residual oil from the oil pan under the sewing material
support using a cloth.
5. Cover the operating panel to protect it from soiling.
6. Cover the machine to protect it from dirt and damage.
