11-2. Operation flow chart after major parts exchanged

11-2-1. CODEC Board

NOTE:
Hour meter information is stored in SYS EEPROM.
Be careful the hour meter information can not be backup, restore and writing operation.
If necessary, save the LOG data. Refer to item "4-7. LOG"(page INF-16).
Is it possible to backup the
data of SYS EEPROM ?
Please operate following < Procedure 2 >
YES
NO
Refer to item "7. Save and write EEPROM data" on page
INF-32 about save and writing procedure.
Backup the SYS EEPROM data.
Exchange the CODEC board.
Turn the power ON.
NOTE:
An abnormal screen might be displayed.
(In case of the SYSTEM FREQ. set to the
CODEC side and the SYSTEM FREQ. on
the CAMERA side are the disagreements.)
Turn the power OFF and ON.
(Normal screen is displayed.)
Load the backup data to new board.
Turn the power OFF and ON.
