Two and more devices can´t be assigned in figure 5a) and figure 5b) to the same serial port. Port number 5 (USB) and 6
(RS-485) shares pins with COM2 port.
If cash register is connected to PC via USB port, to COM2 port cannot be connected any other device. Also at communi-
cating trough RS485, the USB communication will not work.
