Entering groups in the card file
Before you can make telephone calls to groups they must be programmed in the card file from
where they can be retrieved.
Groups can be stored in the card file in the form of macros, that is, under Name the name of the
group is entered and under No. the actual group. (Important: Under No. enter upper case letters
only!)
It is advantageous to assign the groups to the VIP directory.
Making telephone calls to groups
Select the desired group from the card file or VIP directory.
Enter the telephone number.
