Other functions and facilities
You can now select a different partner from the established connections.
Press the corresponding Display key.
During a three-party conference you cannot use any other functions.

Call transfer (ECT)

You are engaged in a telephone call and additional connections have been established. You can
interconnect two of the partners (ECT).
If two connections are established, the two partners are now interconnected.
If more than two connections are established you must select the partner that is to be connected
to your active partner.
The two partners are now interconnected. You can now talk to another partner from among the
established connections.
When the telephone set is operated on a PBX, you can transfer a call by placing the handset
on-hook (see Section "Use in conjunction with a PBX", Page 67).

Terminating existing connections

Terminating the active connection
The active connection is terminated. If additional connections exist they are maintained. The exi-
stence of additional connections is signalled audibly and visually.
If you subsequently pick up the handset, the first displayed connection is activated.
Press the Display key at Call transfer (ECT).
Press the Display key at the desired partner.
Press the corresponding Display key.
Place the handset on-hook.
