Deleting filter entries
The corresponding filter entry is deleted. Only one entry can be deleted at a time.
Defining filter settings
To define a filter setting (for possible settings see "Incoming call selection (call filtering)", Page 32):
If you wish to play a special announcement, you can change your announcement from this menu.
To define the group of callers to which the filter setting applies:
You want all calls from Mr Taylor to be forwarded directly to the answering machine, while
for all other calls the telephone should ring as normal:
– Switch the call filter on.
– Select as a filter entry the entry with the data on Mr Taylor
– Set >TAD direct< and >Filter entries< and save your settings.
Press the Display key at Filter entries.
Press the Display key at Delete.
Press the Display key at the desired filter entry.
Press the Display key at Settings.
Press the Display key at the displayed filter setting (e.g. >reject<)
repeatedly until the desired setting is displayed.
Repeatedly press the Display key at the setting displayed for the applica-
tion, e.g. >Filter entries< until the desired setting is displayed.
Save.
