Cleaning Deadweight Assembly - Daily
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE DEADWEIGHT
CAP WHILE FRYER IS OPERATING. SEVERE
BURNS OR OTHER INJURIES WILL RESULT.
1.
At the end of each day's usage of the fryer, the deadweight
assembly must be cleaned. The fryer must be OFF and the
pressure released. Open the lid and then remove the
deadweight valve cap and deadweight.
Deadweight cap may be hot. Use protective cloth or
glove, or burns could result.
Failure to clean the deadweight assembly daily could
result in the fryer building too much pressure. Severe
injuries and burns could result.
2.
Wipe both the cap and deadweight with a soft cloth. Make
certain to thoroughly clean inside cap, the deadweight seat,
and around deadweight orifice.
3.
Clean the exhaust tube with stainless steel brush (Henny
Penny part number 12147).
4.
Dry parts and replace immediately to prevent damage or
loss.
