CONTROLS & FEATURES – Mirrors
INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR (If Equipped)
The inner rear view mirror is located in the center of the windshield so that the
driver may view the area directly behind the vehicle. The inner rear view mirror
has two viewing settings; the normal setting is for daytime driving. The anti-glare
setting is for driving at night or when the sun is reflecting off the mirror from the
rear of the vehicle. Use the adjusting knob, 1, to toggle between the settings.
Using the anti-glare setting reduces visual clarity; use only when necessary.

OUTER REAR VIEW MIRRORS
The side view mirrors use convex glass. Objects in the mirror may be
closer than they appear.
The outer rear view mirror(s) attached to the door provide the driver with a view
of the area around the side and to the rear of the vehicle. The Indigo is equipped
with one of two different types of control for the outer rear view mirrors, manual
or power. Both types are adjustable to provide the driver with the best view of
the area to the side and rear of the vehicle.

Manual Control

Manually controlled outer rear view mirrors are equipped with a small adjusting
knob, 1, to adjust the angle of the mirror. Adjust the angle of the side view
mirrors prior to driving the vehicle.
Power Control (If Equipped)
The angle of power outer rear view mirrors is controlled by a switch, 2, located
on the dash panel, to the right of the steering wheel. Adjust the angle by selecting
the desired mirror (left or right) with the center switch and then using the four-
way directional control to adjust the mirror to the correct angle. Adjust the angle
of the outer rear view mirrors prior to driving the vehicle.
