WARNING
!
Be aware of carbon monoxide (CO), an odorless, colorless,
gas present in the engine exhaust, which will cause loss of
consciousness, severe injury, or death.
If exhaust gas is suspected of entering the vehicle cabin,
lower all windows, move the HVAC blower control to the
highest setting, and drive the vehicle to allow fresh air to
enter. If exhaust gas is still detected, park and exit the
vehicle. Determine the reason for exhaust gas entering the
vehicle.

yourself and the vehicle occupants from carbon monoxide
poisoning:
Do not operate the vehicle engine while parked in an
enclosed area.
Do not park the vehicle and allow the engine to idle for
extended periods of time with the windows closed, as
exhaust gas may enter the vehicle.
Do not drive the vehicle with the trunk door raised, as
the airflow will cause exhaust gases from the exhaust

Do not modify the vehicle exhaust system in anyway.
