5.4.4.3.4 Admin | Firmware
The 'Admin | Firmware' page (Figure 5-6) is used to select the current active firmware image
to be loaded for operation upon power-up or soft reboot.
Slot Information
This read-only status section provides information about the firmware loaded into boot Slot 1 or
Slot 2.
Firmware Configuration
Using the Boot From: drop-down menu, select Latest, Slot 1, or Slot 2, then click [Submit]
when done. The default selection is Latest, in which the unit will automatically select the image
that contains the most current firmware.
(Note that the Firmware Information section, which inthe above example displays Slot 2 as the
designated current active firmware image, will not update until after the unit is rebooted.)
System Reboot
Click [Reboot] so that the desired firmware boot preference is executed. Once the system
reboots, the user will need to log in once more to resume use of the Web Server Interface.
