(Only available if an auxiliary hard drive is installed.)
Reorganize the print data on the auxiliary hard drive.
(1) Password List/Delete
View the image store passwords and delete a password together with all
of its copy jobs.

Call up key operator mode.
The key operator mode menu is displayed.

Press the down arrow key on the lower edge of the touch screen.
The second page of the key operator mode menu is displayed.

In the key operator mode menu press the [18]
setting
A submenu appears.

In the submenu press the [1]
The image store password list is displayed.

Select the image store password that you want to delete and then
press the [Delete] key.
A confirmation dialog appears.

Confirm the deletion with [Yes].

Press the [Return] key.
The submenu appears again.
