The first time you click on the Select a Presentation icon when using Internet

Explorer, you are prompted to download the signed ActiveX control from Polycom, Inc.
Select Yes.

4. Click on the View a Presentation icon. The Select a Presentation for
Viewing web page is displayed.
5. Click on the Press Here to Select a PowerPoint Presentation button. A
pcPresent application window prompts you for a user name and
password. Enter a password only if one has been established for the
videoconference. Then, click on the Please Press Here to Select a
