Cause
The ViewStation is not
connected to a LAN.
The LAN wire is not
connected to a LAN hub
or switch.
The remote site is already
in a another call.
The remote site at the
dialed address cannot
accept IP calls.
The remote site or a
gatekeeper is not
allowing you to call this
site.

Solution
Make sure your LAN wire is
connected in the orange connector on
the back of the ViewStation and the
green light on the connector goes on
when it is connected.
Contact your system administrator.
Call back later when the remote site is
finished with its current call.
Check to make sure the IP address or
name you are calling is correct. If you
are using a name with a gatekeeper,
make sure both sites are registered
with the gatekeeper (Admin
Setup>LAN H.323
>H.323>Gatekeeper) or contact your
system administrator.
