The following information applies to Internet Explorer 3.02 and 4.0. If you are using

Click the Properties button to display the properties of TCP/IP and
then select the IP Address tab. Make sure the Obtain An IP Address
Automatically button is selected. Then click on OK.

Restart your PC.

After your PC reboots, launch Internet Explorer 3.02, 4.0, or 5.0.
Select Internet Options, and then Security. The default is medium,
which is the correct setting in order to communicate with the
ViewStation. Click on OK.
