Cannot enter the
System Setup Menus.
System starts in the
Software Update
screen.
ViewStation H.323 User's Guide
System is password
protected. Password has
been forgotten.
System software is
corrupt or not loaded
properly.

Go to the Diagnostics menu and
perform a system reset. This erases all
the system settings, except for the
address book. You can then enter a
new password on the Security menu.
Load system software on the
ViewStation from your PC.
