Remove Packing and Fixing Screws for Shipping
Printer mechanism is secured by two screws on the bottom of the printer
and packing material is also placed inside the printer to secure the print
head and platen during shipping.
Before you use your printer, remove packing and screws with the following
procedures.
Please keep packing and screws, if necessary for further printer shipping.
(1) Place the Gemini printer upside down on a soft material like a foam
rubber cushion.
(2) Remove two screws with screwdriver as illustrated in Fig. 1-5.

(3) Return the printer to its original position.
(4) Lift the printer cover upward, and remove it from the printer.
