These commands are used to control the font style, the print pitch, print
mode and special effects.

Select the standard ASCII character set
CHR$(27) CHR$(S3)
This command causes the printer to cancel the italic ASCII
character set and select the standard ASCII character set.
ESC 4
Select the italic ASCII character set
CHR$(27) CHR$(52)
This command causes the printer to select the italic ASCII
character set.
ESC 5
Select the international character set
CHR$(27) CHR$(55) CHR$(n)
This command causes the printer to select the international
character set as shown below.
