Functional Description
Strobe pulse used for reading in data
(normally high) •
When this signal goes low, data is read.
Parallel signals from 1st bit to 8th bit
of data.
When data logic is "1", the signal level
is high; when "0", the signal level is low.
A signal with a pulse width of approx.
5
~sec,
generated after the data is received.
When this signal has been completed,
the next data acceptance is permitted.
A signal at DC level, which indicates
the operating condition of the printer.
When this signal level goes low, the next
data acceptance is permitted.
A signal at DC level which indicates when
a paper-out condition exists.
This signal tevel is normally low.
High indicates a paper-out condition.
When DIP switch pin No. 2-1 is "off", this
signal is held low.
A signal at DC level that goes high when
The printer is put in "on line" mode.
