When you are finished mapping fields, choose the Next button.
The Import Map (Step 4 of 4) dialog box appears.

Choose the Import button.
The data from the original directory are imported into the new directory. A status box appears,
showing the status of the import. When the import is complete, a message box appears.

Choose the OK button.
The data appear in the MasterDirectory window.
m. Choose the Close button.

Packing the Directory
"Packing" the directory is a procedure that permanently removes all records that you deleted from the
MasterDirectory window.
To pack the directory:
1.
From the Tools menu, choose Pack.
The Purge Deleted Entries dialog box appears.

Choose the Yes button.
The directory is packed.
