    System Requirements The IP Office SMDR application can be installed on a PC to process data from to the IP Office. The following operating systems are supported: Win 98 SE, Win 2000, Windows NT 4 and Windows XP.

    Office SMDR, and the telephone system. There are three statuses: Init Comms, Comms Restored, and Comms Failure. Init Comms – Indicates IP Office SMDR is initialising and has − established communication with the telephone system (this happens every time you start the IP Office SMDR).
