Creating an Import Map for a PhoneLine Source File
PhoneLine files have a text fixed record length format. However, PhoneLine files have the field offsets and
lengths already set in the PhoneLine ".INI" file.
To create an import map for a PhoneLine source file:
1.
Open the MasterDirectory file in which you want to import data.
2.
From the Data Exchange menu, choose Import.
The Import Maps dialog box appears.
3.
Choose the New button.
The Import Type (Step 1 of 4) dialog box appears.
4.
Select the PhoneLine option button.
5.
Choose the Next button.
The Source Description (Step 2 of 4) dialog box appears.
