Chapter 11:
Configuring PhoneticOperator

Overview

PhoneticOperator is an application that quickly and easily routes calls using advanced speech recognition.
Using MasterDirectory, you can create export maps that will build PhoneticOperator files and specify the
script and channel that will use each file.
This chapter describes how to configure the settings for PhoneticOperator so that you can create export
maps to build PhoneticOperator files. If you do not configure the PhoneticOperator settings, you will be
unable to create export maps for PhoneticOperator.

Configuring the PhoneticOperator Settings

Configuring the PhoneticOperator settings consists of specifying the folder that contains PhoneticOperator.
MasterDirectory then copies the PhoneticOperator dynamic link libraries (.DLLs) to the MasterDirectory
folder. Once you configure the PhoneticOperator settings, you will be able to create export maps to build
PhoneticOperator files.

1.
From the Settings menu, choose PhoneticOperator.
