Lift Ball Latch
out of right receiver half (Note the ball latch position).

Lift the Drive Pin

and back to remove it from the rear bolt
before the bolt handle will release).
Pin/Spring fits through buffer washer at reassembly).
Pull bolt handle
out of rear bolt
Lift Linkage Arm
out of front bolt
Slide Front Bolt
off of the Power Tube
(Rear Bolt Plug
not visible inside Rear Bolt).
rings and if damaged, replace with new ones. Clean and oil the o-rings.
Remove 2 square nuts
reassembly, place 2 Square nuts
TO REMOVE POWER TUBE
the gas line
fitting unless it is leaking or you need to replace the valve. If
you should do so you will need some teflon paste or tape to reinstall it.
First, complete Marker Disassembly Instructions on pages 14-16.
To remove the power tube
the two valve lock bolts
from the back of the
right-side receiver. NOTE: when installing valve
lock bolts
: apply Red Loctite 271 sealant on
the bolts threads and do not over tighten and strip
threaded parts.
Bolt = 5/8"
Screw = 1/2" + Head
up to remove it from the receiver half

To remove Valve
the valve
use a wrench to slowly unscrew the gas line fitting. Once
the fitting is out, the valve will slide out the back of the power tube. NOTE:
Check the external valve o-ring and if damaged, replace with a new one.
(If the o-ring is damaged your marker will not function correctly.) Clean
all parts and oil the o-ring.
To Reinstall the valve

and align the holes of valve and power tube.

with wrench until snug (do not over tighten and strip threaded parts).
NOTE: If tank adapter is attached to gas line, adjust until tank adapter
aligns with bottom of Grip Frame.
(Drive
GRIP FRAME
from the marker as outlined on page 14 to disassemble it).
To disassemble the Grip Frame
holding the two grip frame halves together and carefully lift left half

off grip frame
GRIP FRAME ASSEMBLY For Models XL and XT: NOTE: For Model

1) To Replace the left grip frame half

left Grip Frame half on so
it fits flush, then insert and
tighten the 4 grip screws
Grip Frame assembly is
complete.
NOTE: You will install the
trigger guard later as
instructed on page 21.
