If the dust collector is not securely in-
stalled, blown-out dust or lint can get in
eyes, resulting in personal injury.

Plug the filings blowing hose 2 and the chan-
off thread blowng hose 3 nto the dust collec-
ton box 1 .

Install filter 4 so that t completely covers the
top of the box.
When dumping dust from the dust collec-
tion box, also clean up filter 4 .

Install the dust collecton box 1 to the rear of the
main unit, as shown in the figure.
(Configuration position differs depending upon speci-
fication.)
Confirm that the hose mounting bracket 5
is completely tightened (the same for other
mounting hardware). Note that the noise
muffler 6 is optional.
