7-8. Dust collector box

CAUTION :
Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the
sewing machine.

Throw away waste cloth chps nsde the dust collector box at least once a day. At ths tme, also clean
up the filter.

Fne cloth chp adhere to the sucton port nsde the box; blow them away wth an ar gun.

If a great deal of lnt adheres to the ntake, the sucton power may be reduced.

When dust gathers around rradatng poston for the
start sensor and curve sensor, the sensor may make
erroneous detecton resultng malfuncton of the ma-
chne. To avod ths, be sure to remove dust from the
followng four parts by blowng ar wth an ar gun.
Irradatng pont 1 for the start sensor on the
top face of the cloth plate
Irradatng pont 2 for the curve sensor on the
top face of the cloth plate
Irradatng pont 4 for the start sensor on the
throat plate base A 3
(Remove the cloth plate to carry out the dust
removal procedure.)
Irradatng pont 5 for the start sensor on the
rear face of the cloth plate
(Remove the cloth plate to carry out the dust
removal procedure.)
