Loosen screws 2 (at two locations) which fix cylin-
der mountng arm 1 to adjust the arm to the rght or
left. Adjust the thread trmmer presser to the pos-
ton at whch t clamps the materal to be sewn at the
center of ts wdth.

When adjusting, fix the thread trimmer
presser so that presser sponge 3 is
aligned with the top face of the table with
the thread trimming cylinder brought to its
lower position. If the cylinder is inclined,
the thread trimmer presser may fail to
properly clamp the material or a cylinder
failure can occur.
The amount of the followng ar blow should be
adjusted by means of the speed controller ac-
cordng to the type of materal and pattern to be
sewn.

5 Start sensor ar blow
6 Curve sensor ar blow (optonal)
The ar blowng amount s reduced by turnng the
adjustng knob clockwse.
The ar blowng drecton of the cloth feedng blow
can be changed by loosng the M4 nut mounted
undersde of the table.
After changng the ar blowng drecton, be sure
to tighten the nut to fix it. In addition, check to be
sure that the ar hoses are fully tghtened wth a
clp band.
