(3) Installing position of the needle clamp
Needle clamp connecting stud O should fit with the bottom end of needle bar 8 or spaced within O to
0.5mm.
Butt the needle clamp with the
bottom end of the needle bar.
(4) Adjusting the length of the lower looper holder
(Applicable only to M0-6 16S / M0-6916R, G, J series)
The center-to-center distance should be 26 mm.
At this time, the clearance between the end surface of the arm and the neck of the ball should be
3.5mm.
