In case of the followng, check agan before you judge the case as trouble.
Phenomenon
When tltng the sewng machne, the
buzzer beeps and the sewng ma-
chne cannot be operated.
Solenods for thread trmmng, re-
verse feed, wper, etc. fal to work.
Hand lamp does not lght up.
Presser foot does not go up even
when auto-lfter devce s attached.
Sewng machne fals to run.
In addton, there are the followng error codes n ths devce. These error codes nterlock (or lmt functon)
and nform the problem so that the problem s not enlarged when any problem s dscovered. When you re-
quest our service, please confirm the error codes.

Cause
When tltng the sewng machne wthout
turnng OFF the power swtch, acton gven
on the left sde s taken for safety sake.
When the fuse for solenod power protec-
ton has blown out
Auto-lfter functon s OFF.
Cord of auto-lfter devce s not con-
nected to connector (CN37).
Motor output cord (4P) s dsconnected.
Connector (CN30) of motor sgnal
cord s dsconnected.

Pressng swtch 1 n the control box, turn ON
the power swtch.

LED becomes dsplay 3 wth the sound of "peep"
and the latest error code s dsplayed.

Confirmation of the contents of previous error
can be performed by operatng swtches 1 or 2 .

Correctve measure
Tlt the sewng machne after turnng OFF
the power.
Check the fuse for solenod power protec-
ton.
Select "FL ON" by auto-lfter functon selecton.
Connect the cord properly.
Connect the cord properly.
Connect the cord properly.
When operating switch 1 , one before the
existing error code is displayed.
When operating switch 2 , one after the
existing error code is displayed.
