6-7. Adjusting the cloth chip suction force

CAUTION :
Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the
sewing machine.

Tghtenng adjustment screw 1 weakens the chan-
off thread sucton power; loosenng the screw
strengthens t.
The suction force for the cloth chip collec-
tor and the dust collector mounted on the
upper looper bracket is adjusted by means
of the same adjusting screw.
