6. ADJUSTMENT

6-1. Stacker support board adjustment

CAUTION :
To avoid possible accidents because of abrupt start of the machine or the device, turn OFF the power
to the machine, and expel air remaining in the machine by removing the pipe of the air supply before
carrying out assembling or adjustment works.

) Adjust the support board 1 n accordance wth
the type of materal to be used.
) When handle 2 s loosened, the support board
can be moved up and down. When t s n the
correct poston, tghten the handle tghtly.
3) Loosen nut 4 . Loosen hexagon head bolt 3
and adjust work clamp shaft 5 n accordance
with the support board. After the adjustment, fix
the nut by tghtenng the hexagon head bolt.
Loosen nuts 1 (at two locatons) and adjust the
orentaton of the stacker unt 2 .
If the stacked materials are not neatly
stacked, adjust the orientation of the
stacker unit so that stacker support board
2 is at right angles to the stacker cloth
guide (material feeding direction).
