CAUTION :
To protect against possible personal injury due to abrupt start of the machine, be sure to start the fol-
lowing work after turning the power off and ascertaining that the motor is at rest.

7-6. Drainage of filter regulator

CAUTION :
Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the
sewing machine.
The standard needle s DC×7 #. You can also
use the DC× needle. In ths case, however, the
clearance provded between the needle and the
looper may be requred to be adjusted. If sewng
need to be carried out with a finely adjusted thread
tenson, use the DC×7 needle.
) Brng needle clamp 1 to the hghest poston.
) Loosen needle clamp screw 2 , and fully nsert
the needle nto the needle clamp hole wth the
needle recess facng backwards as vewed from
the operator's sde.
3) Tghten the needle clamp screw 2 .
) Dranage of regulator 1 must take place before
usage, and water must be elmnated.
(Loosen knob 2 , then dran the water.)
) Be careful about mosture as t s harmful to ar
control system.

If the amount of water is enormous, check
in addition the main unit of the compres-
sor for water.
