) By loosenng two screws 2 , cloth gude poston
can be adjusted n the drecton shown by arrow.
After the adjustment of overedgng wdth of the
materal wth edge gude 4 , adjust the surface
of edge gude 4 and that of cloth gude 3 (Fg. A)
are flush with each other.
) If the knob 1 s turned to the rght, cloth gude
3 s lowered, and f the knob s turned to the
left, cloth gude s rased. Make adjustment ac-
cordng to the cloth thckness.
Tghtenng adjustment screw 1 weakens the chan-
off thread sucton power; loosenng the screw
strengthens t.
