Used to set the response level, etc. for execution of auto tuning.

Electronic gear numerator:

Always set the electronic gear in the servo off status to prevent
misoperation due to wrong setting
For the setting, refer to Section 5.2.1.
Set the multiplier for the command pulse input.
Use the following formula to change the setting of input pulse count
per servo motor revolution.
(Example: HC-AQ series: 8192 pulses/rev)
